ValueBridge Consulting was founded in 2009 to provide a unique brand of business advisory service for organisations in the areas of Organisation Effectiveness, Process Management, Human Resource Leadership and Learning Management.  The firm aims to provide business advisory services to deliver measurable value to its clients.  We combine deep knowledge of subject area with dedication and commitment to help our clients realise the deepest aspirations in delivering our services.

Our Advisory and Outsourcing Services help our clients solve problems and get results in human resources management and process management. We use proven models to ask the right questions, understand our client businesses and needs, and offer practical and tested solutions that deliver measurable value.  We do not offer pre-defined advisory solutions, though we work with tested models and tools. Our Training and Development, delivered under our ValueBridge Learning Services is unique because we put the client and the learner first.  We deliver in-house and open courses in five areas namely: Human Resources, Workplace Essentials (aka Personal Development), Leadership and Management, Client and Customer Service, and information Technology. Our trainings are developed and delivered by experienced professionals and tutors using the best blend of learning delivery techniques. Hiring the right people is one of the most important processes for organisational success and survival.  Our Testing and Selection services provide tests and selection tools to improve the validity of your selection process.  We provide tests which, when used in combination with other selection activities, greatly increase the prospects of your hiring the right person for the job. ValueBridge Rules

As a firm and as individuals, ValueBridge is guided by a set of principles we call Value Rules©.  These principles govern our thoughts, words and actions as we relate with ourselves, our clients, or community and other stakeholders.

  • We define value as whatever gives tangible, perceptible advantage and satisfaction to its recipient without damage to the communal good.
  • For any entity to be considered valuable, it must contribute a positive networth of value, where total value contributed is greater than total value received (monetary or otherwise) in exchange.
  • Money is a store of value. Therefore, money should never be exchanged without a greater or equal exchange of value. Every business transaction should leave a positive net exchange of value with the customer.
  • To remain in demand, we must set out with a goal to contribute more value than the equivalent monetary value the customer is willing to part with.
  • Value, unlike matter, can be created and destroyed, and every action we engage in either creates or destroys value. Therefore, we must never engage in any assignment that gives no value to man or his environment, or one that destroys value.
